Why does historical data sometimes change in new reports?
We use the most current MLS data available, so if there are updates to the underlying MLS activity since the last report is run, that more current, updated data will be used in subsequent reports.
When I run my own MLS stats, my numbers don't match yours. Why?
You may be looking at a 'Rolling 12 Months' figure in our reports, using different filter settings, or the MLS data may have been updated between when our report was created and you did your search.
When are MarketStats numbers updated in the report?
Different products under the MarketStats umbrella follow different update schedules: InfoSparks data is updated nightly and displayed through the end of the prior month. FastStats reporting dates are set by your MLS – the exact dates can be found in the footer of your reports.
