Quick and efficient communications about the purpose for scheduled appointments can determine whether an appointment is confirmed or cancelled. With our latest update, we have added more appointment types for both you and requesting agents to choose from, including "Walk-Through," "Radon Drop Off" and "Site Measurements" for inspection.

Many of you have reached out to us with questions about ShowingTime's confirmation and feedback process. Here are some of the most popular questions:

1. Do the listing changes I make in the app save automatically?

Yes, all changes you make to a listing in your mobile app save automatically. Saving changes instantaneously protects you from accidentally exiting the screens without saving.

2. How can feedback responses be reviewed first by a listing agent instead of being published to sellers automatically?

The feedback can be published to homeowners either automatically or held for review. It's controlled in the Feedback's "Form Design and Settings" tab for that specific feedback template in your account on a desktop. Select the feedback template you're using for your listings and choose the option "Hold for Review" in the "General Settings" section.

If you're using the default "ShowingTime Template" you will not be able to update it. To enable editing, "Clone" it or use a "Create New Template" option. Learn more

3. How do I set up notification methods for my sellers in the app?

Tap on the "View/Edit Instructions" tab under "My Listings" on the side menu and select a listing in question. Scroll down to the "Listing Contacts" section and select the homeowner you would like to set up a notification method for. If the homeowner has not been added to the listing yet, click on the green circle with the plus sign to add a new contact. Read more

4. Can listing agents add new and modify existing questions in a feedback template?

Yes, the feedback template's questions can be updated unless you use a default "ShowingTime Template." In that case, cloning it and saving it with the new name will allow you to add questions, change multiple choice answers and update homeowner publishing preferences. Learn more
